How we look after your information
The Hassan Family is a private archive run by our own family on our own hosting. It is not a social network and nothing in it is public.
Who can see what
Only relatives approved by a family admin can sign in. Each document, photo and voice recording has its own visibility — the whole family, your direct line only, or just you — and every file is checked against that before it is shown. Documents are never stored in a folder anyone can browse.
What we keep
Your name, email, optional phone number, and whatever you or your relatives add: dates, places, photos, stories, recordings and documents. Admins can see sign-in activity for security.
Messages we send
Reminders and notifications by email and, if the family has switched it on and you agree, SMS. You choose what you receive under My account → Notifications. Email and SMS go through the provider the family has chosen; they receive only what is needed to deliver the message.
Your choices
You can change your details, download your documents, and ask an admin to remove your account or anything you added — write to mohamedjamoza@gmail.com.
